KBS Introduces New Products at the Annual 2010 PGA Merchandise Show

KBS is excited to announce two new products on the horizon for its signature shaft series. At the 2010 PGA Exhibition Show, KBS representatives showed off both the KBS Tour 90 Parallel shaft and the KBS Hi-Rev shaft. These two products will fit in nicely with the KBS series adding both performance and club building versatility to a player’s repertoire.

The KBS Tour 90P shaft is designed with the same characteristics as the KBS Tour 90’s, however the parallel tip section offers more versatility to custom fitters allowing them to build to a player’s precise flex and flight preferences. The Tour 90 series has been very successful among regular and competitive players looking for softer feel or more swing speed while retaining great performance. The Tour 90 series calculates to approximately 21% lighter than the Tour series.

The KBS Hi-Rev wedge shaft was designed directly in response to the 2010 Groove-Rule changes imposed by the USGA. The Hi-Rev wedge shaft maintains the ‘feel’ and play characteristics of the KBS series, however the Hi-Rev imparts a significant increase in ball spin providing better control for proximity shots. Look for the Hi-Rev wedge shaft in the aftermarket and in Taylormade’s new xFT Wedges.
